If you don't have insurance, we will work together to keep your healthcare costs down.  We will tell you about cost savings programs at pharmacies, or even order your medications in bulk and get them to you straight from our clinic.  We will draw your blood in clinic to save you time and money.  We will discuss options for specialists and imaging if you need them.  Best of all, we will have time to discuss prices beforehand, unlike what is typical in most of healthcare.  Pricing transparency is very important to us and we do our very best to keep your costs down!

What if I don’t have insurance?

If you have insurance, we will work together to use it when we can, but we are not experts on your insurance, so you may have to call them to verify prices and benefits.  Patients often go elsewhere to have labs drawn that insurance will cover (but are ordered by Dr. Langley), or to get medications at the pharmacy to be covered by insurance.  Sometimes it's less expensive to get those done at our clinic, even with insurance, though!

Besides, with your insurance, have you ever:

What if I have insurance?

  • Had difficulty seeing your doctor in a reasonable amount of time?

  • Called the office and actually talked to a PERSON instead of “press 1 for this department, press 2 for that nurse”?

  • Sat in a waiting room for unexpectedly long amounts of time?

  • Been limited in how many health concerns you can mention at a time?

  • Had to call a bunch of times to get a straight-forward answer to a simple question?

  • Been denied coverage by your insurance and seen the kind of prices they charge you??

A lot of our patients have insurance, and choose to get the best of both worlds - great care here, and insurance coverage for high cost items.

Like having a doctor in the family.

Without the medical school bills.

Peace of Mind

We've heard from our patients that the biggest benefit of our practice is peace of mind. When you know you can reach the doctor that you trust, that knows you, and ask the silliest question, you feel more confident in your health, and even as a parent.

We’ve Got Your Back

Sometimes navigating the complicated healthcare system seems impossible. Being a doctor sometimes gets us in doors and into conversations that you can’t get access to. At Homestead Direct Primary Care, we can negotiate for you to find the best:

  • Imaging prices in town (xrays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs)

  • Specialists willing to tell you what it will cost BEFORE your visit

  • Surgery centers that will negotiate a cash price for non urgent surgeries!

Set Health as a Priority

Just like a gym, you pay your membership fee every month, whether you use our services or not.

But our reasonable prices mean that just a few Urgent Care visits per year will easily be more expensive than a full year with us.

Don’t let it get to the point where you’re seeking urgent care! Sign up to be one of our exclusive patients and build a relationship with a doctor who will know you for years.

How does this work?

I did all the right things to get ready to go to camp with my son - got a physical and took my meds. One month out, I needed my camp form signed, but the doctor through my insurance couldn’t get me in for another two months. I couldn’t get them to just sign the form for me without a full appointment. Besides, it was a new doctor, since they all keep leaving or retiring. Good thing I have a DPC doc I can count on!

Click below to enroll through this web site, including adding your health history so that you can review it on your initial appointment with Dr. Langley.  You will be charged a $100 enrollment fee, and then every month a membership fee based on your age.  This fee is much much less than even a quick urgent care visit, and you have to pay every month whether you come into the clinic or not.  You are paying to hold your spot in our practice.

Your health is an investment, not an expense

  • This is how every medical practice should operate. No unnecessary paper work, no waiting on a phone line, affordable, and most importantly, we have a real relationship with our doctor.
